Getting started

What is XXXscroll?

XXXscroll is a short-video and image site for adults (18+). You can scroll through reels by category, follow creators you like, and unlock or subscribe to their exclusive content. Creators can upload their own content and earn from it.

What is Hentai Reels?

Hentai Reels (https://xxxscroll.com/hentai) is the section of XXXscroll for animated, illustrated and AI-generated adult content. It works the same way as the main site (https://xxxscroll.com), with its own categories, creators and feed.

Do I need an account to watch?

No. You can browse and watch free reels without an account. You need a free account to like, save, follow, comment, rate, subscribe, unlock paid posts, add funds or upload.

How do I choose what I see?

Tap the menu icon (☰) at the top to open the menu and pick the categories you're interested in. Your feed updates to match. You can change your categories at any time from the same menu. You can also use Search to find reels, tags and creators.

How do I scroll through reels?

Swipe up or down on a phone, or use your mouse wheel, trackpad or the arrow keys on a computer. Tap a tile on the explore grid to open it in the full-screen player. Use the buttons on the side of a reel to like, save, comment, share and see more options.

Why do I see a welcome screen sometimes?

If you open a category link directly, for example from a search engine, the first time you visit you'll see a short welcome screen where you can pick categories and press start. After that you'll go straight to the reels.

Your account

How do I sign up?

Choose Register, pick a username, and enter your email address and a password. We'll email you a verification code to confirm your address. Some features only work once your email is verified.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in page choose Forgot password. We'll email you a code to set a new password.

How do I change my profile picture?

Open your profile settings and upload a new avatar. You can crop it before saving. Avatars are checked by moderation like any other upload.

Does my account work on Hentai Reels too?

Yes. One XXXscroll account works on the main site (https://xxxscroll.com) and on Hentai Reels (https://xxxscroll.com/hentai). Your purchases, subscriptions, saved reels and creator content are kept separately for each.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. Note that unused wallet balance can't be refunded when you close your account, and access to unlocked content ends. See the Privacy Policy for which records we must keep.

Likes, saves, follows and comments

What's the difference between following and subscribing?

Following is free. A creator you follow is added to your feed and you get notified about their new posts. Subscribing is paid: it gives you access to a creator's subscriber-only content for the subscription period.

Where are my saved reels?

Tap the save icon on any reel to keep it. Your saved reels are in Saved.

Who can rate a creator?

Only members who have subscribed to the creator or bought one of their posts can rate them. This keeps ratings honest.

Why was my comment hidden?

Comments can be hidden by moderators, by the creator on their own posts, or automatically if they contain banned words or break the Acceptable Use Policy.

Where do I see my notifications?

Open Notifications from the menu to see new followers, comments, sales and other updates.

Paid posts and subscriptions

Why is a post blurred?

It's a paid post. You see a blurred preview, and videos play a short free preview of a few seconds, before the post locks. The price is shown on the post.

How do I unlock a post?

Tap Unlock on the post and confirm. The price is taken from your wallet balance, and the full post appears straight away. You only pay once per post.

How do I subscribe to a creator?

Tap Subscribe next to the creator's name, or on their profile, and confirm. The subscription price is taken from your wallet, and you get access to their subscriber content for the subscription period. The button changes to Subscribed.

Where can I find what I've bought?

Unlocked posts are listed under Unlocked, and every transaction is shown in your Purchases.

What happens if a creator deletes a post I unlocked?

You keep it. The post disappears from the creator's profile and the feed and can't be bought any more, but it stays in your Unlocked library and you can keep watching it.

If the creator deleted it within 7 days of your unlock, you can choose a refund instead: open Unlocked and tap Claim refund on the post before the deadline shown there (7 days after you unlocked it). The full price goes back to your wallet and the post leaves your library. After the deadline the button disappears.

If we take a post down for breaking our rules, nobody can view it any more. If you unlocked it in the 7 days before that, the price goes back to your wallet automatically.

Can I get a refund?

Digital content is delivered instantly, so purchases are normally final. We do refund:

• technical problems;
• double charges;
• content that was seriously misrepresented.

If a post is removed within 7 days of you unlocking it:

• taken down by us: you're refunded automatically;
• deleted by its creator: you can claim a refund from Unlocked.

Wallet and adding funds

How do I pay?

XXXscroll uses a prepaid wallet that you top up with cryptocurrency. Unlocks and subscriptions are paid from that balance. If your balance is too low when you try to buy something, you'll be offered Add funds.

How do I add funds?

1. Open Wallet and choose Add funds.
2. Pick an amount, a cryptocurrency and its network.
3. Send exactly the amount shown, on the network shown, to the address shown, before the quote expires.
4. Your balance is credited in US dollars once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

Which cryptocurrencies are accepted?

The Add funds screen shows the coins and networks currently available. These may include BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, MATIC (Polygon) and SOL.

My deposit is "pending". What should I do?

Some deposits need more blockchain confirmations, or a manual check, before they're credited. You can check or resume a pending deposit from your wallet. If it still hasn't been credited after a few hours, email [email protected] with the coin, the network and the transaction hash.

I sent the wrong amount or used the wrong network.

Blockchain payments can't be reversed. Contact [email protected] straight away with the transaction hash, and we'll check whether the funds can be credited or recovered. We can't guarantee this.

Can I withdraw my wallet balance?

No. Wallet balance is credit for use on XXXscroll only. It can't be withdrawn or transferred to someone else.

Premium

What is Premium?

Premium is an optional membership with extra benefits, such as fewer ads and other perks listed on the Premium page. You choose a plan length and pay once in cryptocurrency. It does not renew automatically.

I paid for Premium but it isn't active.

Open the Premium page and use the option to verify or claim your payment with your transaction details. If that doesn't work, contact [email protected] with the transaction hash.

Becoming a creator

How do I start posting?

Open Upload (the creator upload page), choose a video or image, and add a caption and tags. Then decide whether it's free or paid. Your post is checked by moderation before or shortly after it goes live.

Do I need to be verified?

You need to be verified to sell content: to set a price on posts or to offer subscriptions. Go to Creator verification and submit:

• your legal name, date of birth and country;
• a photo of a valid passport, national ID card or driving licence (front and back, unless it's a passport);
• a selfie of you holding that same document.

Our team reviews your application. If it's approved you get a verified badge and can turn on paid features. If it's rejected, we'll tell you why, for example a blurry photo or an expired document, so you can fix it and resubmit. Your documents are stored securely and are never shown publicly.

Why do you need my ID?

To make sure every creator who sells content is a real adult, and to keep the records the law requires. This protects you, your fans and the people shown in content. See the Age Verification & Records Compliance Statement.

Can other people appear in my content?

Yes, but only if every person is 18 or older and has agreed to appear and to be published. You must keep a copy of their ID and a signed release, and send them to us if we ask. See the Creator Terms.

How do I price my content?

When uploading, choose paid and set a price in US dollars. In your creator settings you can also turn on subscriptions and set a monthly price. A price change only applies to new buyers. Existing subscribers keep the price they paid until they renew.

What do buyers see before paying?

A blurred still of your post and, for videos, a short free preview of a few seconds. Avoid putting anything in the first seconds of a paid video that you don't want shown for free.

Can I edit a post after publishing?

You can change the caption and tags for 3 hours after posting. After that they're locked, so fans always get what they liked or paid for. You can still change the price or delete the post.

What happens to buyers if I delete a post?

If nobody has bought it, it's deleted. If people have unlocked it, it's removed from your profile, the feed and search and can't be bought any more, but they keep access to it.

People who unlocked it in the last 7 days can claim a full refund until 7 days after their unlock. For you, that means:

• Locked amount. The full price they paid is locked in your account until then, and only that. For example, if two people each paid $1, $2 is locked.
• Claims. Each claim is refunded from the lock and we give you our platform fee on that sale back, so you only lose your share.
• Unclaimed. Each price that isn't claimed comes back to your available earnings when that person's window ends.
• Everyone else. You keep the earnings from everyone else.

The delete dialog shows how many people can claim and how much will be locked before you confirm, and your earnings page shows what is currently locked.

Why was my upload rejected or put under review?

Every upload is scanned automatically and may be checked by a moderator. Posts that break the Acceptable Use Policy are removed. If you think a decision was wrong, see the Complaints & Appeals Policy.

How much do I earn?

You keep everything except the platform fee, which is currently 20% of each sale. Your dashboard shows every sale with the gross amount, the fee and your net earnings.

How do I get paid?

Your net earnings build up in your creator earnings balance. To withdraw them:

1. Open the Earnings page and pick a payout method and an amount.
2. Confirm with the code we email you.
3. Our team reviews the request and sends the payment to your payout wallet, which you connect when you apply for verification.

What is the payout wallet and why do I have to connect it?

To protect your earnings, payouts can only go to a wallet you have proven is yours. When you apply for verification:

1. Connect your crypto wallet (for example MetaMask, Phantom or OKX Wallet).
2. We read its addresses automatically and you sign a free message with each one. No transaction is sent and nothing is charged.
3. Check the addresses and confirm they are correct.

If you connected the wrong wallet, disconnect it and connect another one before you submit.

Can I change my payout wallet?

Not from your account. Once your verification is approved, your payout wallet is locked, so even someone who gets into your account can't redirect your earnings. When you withdraw, you can see the locked address for the payout method you choose. If you lose access to your wallet, contact [email protected] with the subject "Creator".

Safety and privacy

How do I report something?

Use the Report option on any post or comment and choose a reason. You can report child-safety concerns and spam without signing in. You can also email [email protected]. See Report Abuse for details.

Someone posted content of me without my consent.

Email [email protected] with the links right away. We treat these reports as urgent and remove non-consensual content as quickly as possible.

My account was suspended or banned. What can I do?

You'll be told the reason where the law allows. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Appeal". See the Complaints & Appeals Policy.

How is my data used?

See the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy. We never sell your personal data, and we never ask for your password or your crypto wallet's seed phrase.
