To help us route your message quickly, start the subject line with one of these:

• Support: sign-in problems, wallet deposits, purchases, refunds and bugs.
• Appeal: challenging a moderation decision, suspension, ban or verification result.
• Creator: verification, uploads, pricing, earnings and payouts.
• Report: abuse or illegal content. For child safety, non-consensual content and harassment, see the Report Abuse page. These reports are handled urgently.
• Copyright: copyright (DMCA) notices. See the Copyright & DMCA Policy for what to include.
• Privacy request: privacy and data requests.
• Legal: legal notices and requests from authorities. Law-enforcement requests must come from an official address and identify the legal basis of the request.

Before you write

Many questions are answered in our FAQ. For a wallet deposit, include the cryptocurrency, the network and the transaction hash. For content, include the full URL.

Response times

We aim to reply to support emails within 2 business days. Urgent child-safety and non-consensual-content reports are prioritised and normally reviewed within 24 hours.

We will never ask for your password, your wallet's private key or seed phrase, or a payment to "unlock" your account. Messages asking for these are scams. Please report them to [email protected].
