Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not post or do on XXXscroll, and what happens if these rules are broken.

Effective Date: Oct 15, 2026•Last Updated: Oct 15, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to everyone who uses XXXscroll: visitors, members and creators. It covers:

  • everything posted on the Site, including videos, images, previews, captions, tags, comments, ratings, profiles, avatars and banners;
  • everything done on the Site, including interactions, payments, reports and use of the Site's systems.

It forms part of the Terms of Service. "Content" in this policy includes content that is real, staged, simulated, animated, drawn, edited or generated with AI.

2. Zero-tolerance content

The following content is never allowed. It is removed immediately, the account is permanently banned, and the content and related data are preserved and reported to law enforcement and NCMEC or other competent authorities:

  • Any sexual or sexualised content involving a minor (anyone under 18), or content that sexualises minors in any way. This includes:
  • content in which a person appears to be under 18, whatever their real age, for example because of their body, clothing, props, setting, role-play or descriptions such as "teen", "young", "schoolgirl" or "underage";
  • drawn, animated, 3D or AI-generated characters who are, are described as, or appear to be minors, regardless of any claimed age, backstory or "thousand-year-old" explanation. This applies across the whole Site, including Hentai Reels. All characters must be clearly adult in appearance, body and context;
  • any material, link or request that seeks, offers or trades such content.
  • Non-consensual content. This means any intimate content shared or created without the consent of everyone in it, including:
  • hidden-camera or voyeur content;
  • "revenge porn";
  • content of people who are asleep, unconscious, drugged, intoxicated to the point of being unable to consent, or otherwise unable to consent;
  • content made through coercion, threats, trafficking or deception.
  • Deepfakes and synthetic sexual content of real people made without their documented consent. This includes face-swaps, "nudified" images and voice clones.
  • Human trafficking, sexual exploitation or commercial sexual services. This includes advertising or arranging in-person meetings or escorting for payment.

3. Other prohibited content

The following content is also not allowed:

  • Rape, sexual assault or abduction, whether real or simulated, and other content depicting sex without consent as erotic.
  • Incest: sexual activity between blood relatives, whether real or role-played.
  • Bestiality and any sexual content involving animals.
  • Necrophilia, snuff, and extreme violence, gore, mutilation or serious bodily harm, including in sexual contexts.
  • Scat, extreme bodily-waste content and other content we determine to be extreme or obscene under applicable law.
  • Content involving intoxication or drugs used to impair consent.
  • Blood, weapons or hypnosis used in a sexual context to suggest that consent is absent.
  • Content promoting self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
  • Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanises or incites violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability or serious disease.
  • Terrorism or violent extremism, or praise or support for it.
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking and intimidation.
  • Doxxing: publishing someone's private information, such as their real name, address, workplace, phone number, ID documents or location, without their consent.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights. This includes re-uploading other creators' content or content taken from other sites.
  • Illegal goods and services: drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen data, hacking services and anything else illegal where it is offered.
  • Scams, phishing, pyramid schemes and misleading financial or investment promotions.
  • Malware, malicious links and anything designed to harm devices or accounts.
  • Spam, including repetitive posts, mass unsolicited messages and comments, and keyword stuffing in captions and tags.
  • Misleading content: posts whose preview, caption, tags or price misrepresent what the buyer will get, and impersonation of other people, creators, brands or staff.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • use the Site if you are under 18, or help a minor access it;
  • create multiple accounts to get around a limit, suspension or ban, or use another person's account;
  • buy, sell, rent or trade accounts, followers, likes, ratings or reviews, or manipulate engagement or rankings in any other way;
  • scrape, crawl, download or mirror content or data by automated means. Recognised search-engine crawlers following our robots rules are the exception;
  • use bots, scripts or headless browsers to interact with the Site;
  • bypass, disable or interfere with the paywall, signed media links, blurring and previews, proof-of-work challenges, rate limits, session checks or other security measures;
  • record, rip, screen-capture or redistribute paid or subscriber content outside the Site;
  • probe, scan or test the Site's vulnerabilities, or exploit bugs, without our written permission. Please report security issues to [email protected];
  • overload or disrupt the Site, for example by denial-of-service attacks or flooding;
  • commit payment fraud, including:
  • using stolen funds or wallets;
  • money laundering;
  • deliberately sending funds in a way designed to trigger errors;
  • abusing refunds;
  • creating fake purchases to move money between accounts;
  • abuse the reporting or appeal systems, for example with knowingly false or retaliatory reports;
  • abuse the referral or outreach programmes, for example with self-referrals or fake sign-ups;
  • solicit or arrange payments off the Site to get around the platform fee. This includes asking users to pay through external links, wallets or apps for content offered on the Site;
  • contact users who have made clear they do not want to hear from you.

5. Creators: additional rules

Creators must also follow the Creator Terms. In particular:

  • only verified creators may sell content or offer subscriptions;
  • every person appearing in content must be a verified adult. The creator must hold proof of age, identity and consent for each person;
  • previews, blurred teasers, captions, tags and prices must honestly represent the content;
  • you must not publish content you did not create or do not hold full rights to.

6. How we moderate

We combine:

  • automated tools: media scanning, hash matching against databases of known illegal material, classifiers, banned-word filters and anomaly detection;
  • human review by trained moderators;
  • user and third-party reports; anyone can report content with the report button, and child-safety reports do not require an account;
  • legal orders from courts and authorities.

New uploads may be checked before or after they become visible. Content can be:

  • held for review;
  • blocked;
  • removed;
  • placed in quarantine, which means hidden and preserved securely for legal reasons.

7. Enforcement

Depending on how serious the violation is and your history, we may take one or more of these steps:

  1. remove or restrict the content;
  2. issue a warning;
  3. limit features temporarily, for example commenting, uploading or selling;
  4. suspend the account;
  5. ban the account permanently and block related IP addresses and devices;
  6. withhold, reverse or forfeit creator earnings in line with the Creator Terms;
  7. report to the authorities and preserve evidence.

Zero-tolerance violations (Section 2) lead straight to a permanent ban and a report. We may act against all accounts we reasonably believe are linked to a banned user.

8. Reporting and appeals

  • Report content with the report option on any post, or by email to [email protected]. See the Report Abuse page.
  • Copyright complaints: see the Copyright & DMCA Policy.
  • Challenging a decision: see the Complaints & Appeals Policy.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as risks, laws and the Site change. The current version always applies.
