Age Verification & Records Compliance Statement

1. Our commitment

Every person who appears in sexually explicit content on XXXscroll must be 18 years of age or older, and must have consented to the content being recorded and published. Content that breaks this rule is removed and reported. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. How we enforce it

• Creator verification. Creators who sell content must verify their identity and age with a government-issued photo ID and a selfie holding the ID. Our staff review each application. Creators under 18 are rejected, and the attempt is recorded.
• Co-performer records. Creators must keep proof of age, identity and consent for every person in their content, and must give us these records on request. See the Creator Terms.
• Upload scanning. Uploads are scanned automatically, hash-matched against known illegal material, and checked by moderators. Content suspected to involve minors or a lack of consent is quarantined immediately, preserved under legal hold, and reported to NCMEC and/or the competent authorities.
• Reports. Anyone, including visitors who are not signed in, can report suspected child-safety or non-consensual content. Those reports are treated as urgent.

3. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement

XXXscroll is not a primary or secondary producer of the content on the Site, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. XXXscroll does not hire, contract for, manage or otherwise arrange for the participation of the people shown. Its activities with respect to such content are limited to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and formatting, as described in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4)(ii).

Hentai Reels (https://xxxscroll.com/hentai). Most content on Hentai Reels is animated, drawn or computer-generated, and does not depict actual human beings. That content is therefore not covered by the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. All characters shown are fictional adults aged 18 or older.

For content anywhere on the Site that depicts actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct and was uploaded by creators:

• the creator who produced or uploaded the content is the producer responsible for keeping the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75;
• XXXscroll requires creators to keep these records, verifies the identity and age of selling creators, and may demand to see the records at any time;
• requests about the records for specific content should be sent to the custodian contact below. We will forward the request to the responsible creator, or produce the records we hold, as the law requires.

4. Other jurisdictions

We also design our processes to meet age-verification and consent-record duties under other laws that apply to the Site, such as online safety and content-platform laws in the EU, the UK and elsewhere. Where a country requires visitors' age to be checked before adult content is shown, we may apply age-assurance measures to visitors from that country.

5. Report a concern

If you believe anyone in content on XXXscroll is under 18 or did not consent, report it straight away using the report button or by email to [email protected]. You can also contact NCMEC's CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) or your local police.
