3. Adult Content Notice

The Site contains sexually explicit material intended solely for adult audiences. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal content and do not knowingly index or display content involving minors (CSAM/CSAE) or non-consensual media.

4. Advertiser Accounts & Cryptocurrency Transactions

• Account Registration: You must provide accurate and complete contact information when creating an advertiser account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• Cryptocurrency Deposits: All advertising deposits are processed via public blockchain networks. Deposits are final, non-refundable, and cannot be converted back into fiat currency once confirmed on the blockchain. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses or lost due to network errors.
• Ad Review & Approval: All submitted advertisements are subject to review. Approval of an ad does not constitute an endorsement. We reserve the right to reject, pause, or remove any ad at our sole discretion without prior notice if it violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Ad Delivery Metrics: Balances are deducted based on recorded ad impressions, clicks, or other metrics displayed in the portal.
• Inactive Balances: Accounts that remain completely inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may have their remaining unused ad credits forfeited or subject to a monthly administrative maintenance fee.

5. Intellectual Property & DMCA Copyright Policy

• Platform IP: The Site layout, branding, logos, graphics, and original software code are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Indexed Video Reels: We do not host, store, or claim ownership of the video reels indexed on the main site. All indexed content remains the property of its respective creators or hosting platforms.
• Advertiser Content: Advertisers retain ownership of their ad creatives, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, display, and distribute the ads across our network as needed to deliver the campaign.

6. Prohibited Conduct

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL xxxscroll.COM, ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, CRYPTOCURRENCY, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

10. Termination & Account Suspension

Upon termination for severe policy violations (such as fraud, malware distribution, or illegal content promotion), any unused advertising balance shall be forfeited as liquidated damages and administrative costs.
