Creator Terms

Extra terms for anyone who uploads content to XXXscroll, including verification, paid posts, subscriptions, fees and earnings.

Effective Date: Oct 15, 2026•Last Updated: Oct 15, 2026

1. These terms

These Creator Terms apply to you if you upload content to XXXscroll or earn money on it (a "Creator"). They add to the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy and the other policies listed there. If they conflict, these Creator Terms prevail for creator activity.

By uploading content, enabling paid features or accepting earnings, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and verification

  • You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority where you live. You must also be legally able to enter into this agreement and to earn money from content where you live.
  • Uploading free content may be available to any member in good standing. However, we may require verification before any upload, at our discretion.
  • Selling content. Before you can charge for content or offer subscriptions, you must complete identity and age verification. This includes:
  • your legal name, date of birth and country;
  • a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card or driving licence), with its front and, where applicable, its back;
  • a selfie of you holding the same ID;
  • your payout wallet (see section 7): you connect your own crypto wallet, the Site reads its addresses, you sign a free message with each address to prove the wallet is yours, and you confirm the addresses are correct;
  • any other information we reasonably request.
  • Verification is reviewed by our staff. We may approve, reject or ask you to resubmit. We may also revoke verification at any time if information turns out to be false, out of date, or associated with fraud or a policy breach. Approved creators receive a verified badge.
  • You must keep your verification information accurate and tell us about changes. We may ask you to verify again at any time.
  • The account must be operated by the verified person. You may not let anyone else sell through your account, and you may not sell on behalf of another person unless we have agreed in writing and that person has also been verified.

3. Everyone shown in your content

For every person who appears in content you upload, including co-performers, you must:

  1. have confirmed, before production, that they were 18 or older when the content was made, by checking their valid government-issued photo ID;
  2. obtain and keep their written, informed consent to appearing in the content, to it being recorded, and to it being published and sold on the Site;
  3. keep copies of their ID, a signed model release and consent, and the date of production. You must keep these records for at least 7 years after the content was last available on the Site, or longer if the law requires;
  4. provide these records to us within 5 days of our request. Where co-performers are verified on the Site themselves, we may require them to confirm their consent through the Site;
  5. remove the content straight away if any person withdraws their consent to its further publication, where the law requires this, and tell us.

For animated, drawn, 3D and AI-generated content (for example on Hentai Reels), you must also confirm that:

  • every character depicted is an adult, and is clearly adult in appearance and context;
  • you own or are licensed to use the characters, artwork and any source material;
  • no real, identifiable person is depicted without their documented consent.

Failure to provide valid records on request is a serious breach. We will remove the content and may suspend the account and withhold earnings.

4. Content standards

  • Your content must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. It must be your original work, or work you hold all the necessary rights to.
  • Honest listings. Your captions, tags, previews, thumbnails and prices must accurately describe what buyers and subscribers get.
  • Edit window. You can change a post's caption and tags for 3 hours after posting. After that they are locked, so that what members liked, commented on or paid for cannot be swapped. Price and free/paid settings stay editable, but a change does not affect people who already bought access.
  • Previews. For paid content, the Site may automatically generate the following, which are shown to members who have not paid:
  • a blurred still of the content;
  • for videos, a short free preview clip (a few seconds).
  • Opening seconds. Do not put anything in the opening seconds of a paid video that you would not want shown for free.
  • Moderation. Uploads are scanned automatically and may be reviewed by staff. Content may be:
  • held for review;
  • rejected or removed;
  • placed in quarantine, which means hidden and preserved under legal hold if we suspect illegal material.
  • Quarantine. Quarantined content cannot be published or downloaded by you, and the account may be suspended while we investigate.

5. Licence you give us

In addition to the licence in the Terms of Service, you authorise us to:

  • display your content to members who have paid for it, or who are entitled to see it through a subscription or Premium where applicable;
  • generate previews, thumbnails, blurred stills, clips and transcoded versions;
  • use short excerpts, blurred stills and thumbnails of your content, along with your public profile, to promote your profile and the Site on the Site, and in Site marketing that complies with the law.

When you delete a post nobody has bought, it is deleted. When members have already unlocked it, it is retired instead: it is removed from your profile, the feed and search and is no longer sold, but everyone who bought it keeps access to it. Subscribers who never unlocked it lose access.

Refund claims after you delete a post. Members who unlocked a post within the 7 days before you deleted it may claim a full refund of what they paid, until 7 days after their own unlock. Before you confirm a deletion, the delete dialog tells you how many members can claim and how much will be locked. When you delete the post:

  • the full price those members paid is locked in your account. For example, if two members each unlocked the post for $1, $2 is locked. Only those purchases are locked, never the rest of your earnings. The locked amount is shown on your earnings page, is not part of your available earnings and can't be withdrawn while it is locked;
  • each member who claims is refunded the full price they paid out of the locked amount. We return our platform fee on that sale to your available earnings, so the refund costs you only your share of that sale, which no longer counts towards your earnings;
  • when a member's claim period ends without a claim, the price they paid is released from the lock back to your available earnings.

In the example, if one member claims and the other doesn't: the first gets $1 back, and when the second member's claim period ends, their $1 returns to your available earnings. You keep your earnings from that second sale.

Your earnings from older purchases, and from members who don't claim, stand. Because the full price is locked, including our fee, locking can take your available balance below zero (for example if you already withdrew your earnings). It goes back up as amounts are released or claimed and as you make new sales.

If we take a post down for a policy or legal violation, nobody can view it any more. Members who unlocked it in the 7 days before it was taken down are refunded automatically, and your earnings from those sales are reversed. If you have already withdrawn those earnings, the amount is deducted from your future earnings.

6. Pricing and the platform fee

  • You set the price of each paid post and of your monthly subscription, within the minimums and maximums the Site allows. Prices are in US dollars.
  • A subscriber's price is locked when they buy or renew. A change to your price applies only to new purchases and renewals.
  • For each sale, we deduct a platform fee from the price paid. The fee is currently 20%, and the remaining amount (your "net earnings") is credited to your creator earnings balance. We may change the fee by giving you at least 30 days' notice. A change does not apply to sales made before it takes effect.
  • Your earnings dashboard shows each sale, the gross amount, the fee and your net earnings.

7. Earnings and payouts

  • Earnings are recorded in US dollars in your creator earnings balance on the Site where the sale took place.
  • Payouts. We will make withdrawals of net earnings available through the methods, minimum amounts, schedules and verification steps that we announce on the Site from time to time. Until a payout method is available to you, your net earnings stay in your earnings balance. Earnings are not wallet credit and cannot be spent on the Site unless we offer that option.
  • Payout wallet. Withdrawals are paid only to the payout wallet you connected during verification:
  • You must connect the wallet yourself. Addresses are read from the wallet and proven with a signature from each address. We do not accept addresses typed in by hand, and signing never sends a transaction or costs a fee.
  • Before you submit your application, you can disconnect a wallet and connect a different one. You must confirm that the addresses shown are correct and belong to you.
  • When your verification is approved, the addresses are locked to your account. You cannot change them from your account, and neither can our support staff on request. When you request a withdrawal, you choose a payout method and the payment goes to the locked address for that method's network. You can only withdraw in coins and networks your payout wallet has an address for.
  • Creators verified before payout wallets were introduced connect their wallet once, from the earnings page. The wallet is locked after you confirm it with a code sent to your account email.
  • A process to change a locked payout wallet, with additional identity checks and approval by our senior staff, may be offered in the future. Until then, if you lose access to your payout wallet, contact us. We are not obliged to pay to any other address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your wallet, its recovery phrase and its private keys safe. We never ask for them. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed, and we are not responsible for losses caused by a wallet you no longer control, or by a compromised wallet, where we paid the locked address in line with these terms.
  • Holds. We may delay or hold earnings, or apply a reserve, for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate:
  • suspected fraud, payment reversals or stolen funds;
  • chargeback-like disputes;
  • policy violations or legal claims;
  • verification problems.
  • Reversals and forfeiture. We may deduct, reverse or permanently withhold earnings that came from:
  • fraudulent or unauthorised purchases;
  • purchases refunded under the Payments & Refunds Policy;
  • content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy or infringes rights;
  • manipulation of the Site, such as self-purchases, linked accounts or fake engagement;
  • errors.
  • Bans. If your account is permanently banned for a zero-tolerance violation, or for fraud, unpaid earnings are forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
  • Errors. If we credit you too much by mistake, we may correct the balance.

8. Taxes and legal compliance

You are solely responsible for:

  • reporting and paying all taxes on your earnings;
  • any registrations, licences or permits needed where you live;
  • following all laws that apply to producing and selling your content.

We may collect tax information and issue tax documents where the law requires. We may also withhold amounts where the law requires us to.

9. Your relationship with us

You are an independent creator, not our employee, agent or partner. You decide what to create, when, and how much to charge, within these terms. We do not guarantee any level of sales, visibility or ranking. Recommendations and placement are determined by our systems and editorial choices.

10. Ending creator activity

  • You can stop selling, unpublish your content or close your account at any time. Existing purchasers keep the access described in Section 5.
  • We may suspend or end your creator status, paid features or account under the Terms of Service. Where the law requires, we will give you reasons and the right to appeal under the Complaints & Appeals Policy.
  • Your record-keeping duties (Section 3) and the reversal rules (Section 7) continue after your account ends.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us, as set out in the Terms of Service, for any claims arising from your content, including claims by people who appear in it, rights holders and authorities, and for any breach of these Creator Terms.

12. Contact
