2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Minors & CSAM: Any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), or any content featuring or depicting individuals who are—or appear to be—under 18 years of age. Zero tolerance policy.
• Non-Consensual Content: Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), "revenge porn," involuntary depiction, forced sexual acts, or AI-generated deepfakes of real individuals without their verifiable consent.
• Illegal & Dangerous Content: Content that facilitates crime, promotes human trafficking, demonstrates non-consensual violence or coercion, or violates applicable local or international obscenity laws.
• Malicious & Deceptive Practices: Malware, spyware, phishing, drive-by downloads, forced site redirects, pop-unders, tech support scams, or deceptive landing pages.
• Hate & Harassment: Targeted harassment, threats of violence, hate speech targeting protected groups, or content inciting real-world harm.
• Intellectual Property Violations: Content or ad creatives that infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or publicity rights of third parties without permission.
• Unsolicited Promotion: Spam, unauthorized automated messages, or commercial promotions outside of our official advertising system.

3. Advertising Portal Rules (xxxscroll.com/ads)

Advertisers using xxxscroll.com/ads must adhere to the following strict requirements:

• Ad Review & Discretion: All ad creatives, landing pages, and target URLs are subject to review. We reserve the right to approve, reject, pause, or remove any advertisement at our sole discretion.
• Prohibited Ad Verticals: We do not allow ads promoting illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, unauthorized financial or investment schemes, weapons, or misleading health claims.
• Landing Page Compliance: Landing pages must match the ad creative, must not contain auto-downloading files, and must allow users to navigate away freely.
• Cryptocurrency Funding: Wallet funding must come from legally obtained sources and wallets you lawfully control. Public blockchain records are permanent. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses.
• System Abuse: Attempts to bypass ad review, cloak landing pages, use stolen assets, perform click fraud, or artificially inflate metrics will result in immediate termination.
• Evasion Prohibited: Creating multiple accounts to evade account suspensions or campaign rejections is strictly prohibited.

4. Technical Restrictions & System Integrity

You agree not to engage in any of the following technical activities:

• Scraping & Bots: Using automated scrapers, crawlers, or bots to harvest content beyond normal personal browser viewing.
• System Interference: Overloading, probing, scanning, or stress-testing our infrastructure (e.g., DDoS attacks).
• Ad Blocking / Alteration: Attempting to alter, tamper with, or interfere with ad delivery or viewing metrics on the Site.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to derive source code from any portion of the platform, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Content Moderation, Enforcement & Termination

We actively enforce this Policy through automated systems and human review.

• Actionable Steps: Violations may result in immediate rejection of ad campaigns, removal of content, suspension or permanent termination of advertiser accounts, and IP blocking.
• Balance & Refunds: In the event of account termination due to severe or repeated violations (e.g., CSAM, fraud, malware), any remaining cryptocurrency ad balance may be retained to cover administrative costs, investigation fees, or legal compliance requirements.
• Reporting to Authorities: We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies. Suspected CSAM/CSAE or illegal exploitation will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement bodies.

6. Appeals & Dispute Process

If your advertisement is rejected or your account is suspended and you believe this was done in error:

• Include your account details, campaign ID, and a clear explanation of why the decision should be reviewed.
• Appeals are reviewed by a human team member, and decisions made upon review are final.
